Location & Description:
The resort is located in Ain al Sukhna 46 kilometers down the Suez Hurghada road and 120kms
from Cairo. On an area of 1,750,000m2, abutting the Red Sea coast, it includes 3 hotels, the
Stella Grand, the Stella Sea Club and the Stella Golf Club and Course (for more details visit
http://www.stelladimare.com). A Thalasso-therapy centre and a Diving Centre complement the
hotels. In addition there are 1,867 housing units ranging in size from 80m2 chalets to 500m2
independent villas. Two commercial and entertainment centres serve the resort community, one
inside and the other outside the gated resort (Stella Star).
Project Status: 1st April 2008
Phases 1, 2 and 3 completed and handed over.
80% of Phase 4 (Stella Star and surroundings) completed.
